Privacy Policy for Gigle Pin
GIGLE PTE. LTD. ("we") provides Gigle Pin, a macOS screenshot and screen-recording utility. This policy covers Gigle Pin and support requests about it, not other Gigle products.
Gigle Pin works without an account. The app processes screenshots, recordings and clipboard images on your Mac; it does not upload this content to our servers. This version does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
Captures, audio and clipboard
The app accesses screen content to take screenshots and record the selected area. Recordings may include system audio and, when you enable it and grant permission, microphone audio. Captures are held in memory, copied to the system clipboard or saved to files on your Mac, depending on your actions and settings. Clipboard images can also be read when you use the image-pinning feature.
Other apps you paste into, clipboard managers, Universal Clipboard, and cloud-synced folders may handle this content under their own settings and policies. Gigle Pin does not control those services.
Permissions and local settings
Screen Recording permission enables capture. Microphone permission enables optional narration. Optional Accessibility access helps detect interface elements for precise selection. File access lets you save captures to permitted folders. You can manage these permissions in macOS System Settings.
Preferences, including shortcuts, appearance and the selected save folder, are stored locally. The app may store a security-scoped bookmark to remember access to a folder you select.
Support and Apple services
If you email hello@gigle.ai, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and resolve issues. Our email provider processes these messages to deliver and store correspondence. Please remove sensitive information from screenshots and logs before sending them.
Apple may provide us with TestFlight feedback, crash reports or App Store diagnostics according to Apple's services and your settings. This is separate from an in-app analytics service. See Apple's privacy policy.
Retention, sharing and your choices
You control saved captures and can delete them in Finder. Removing the app does not necessarily delete exported files or all preferences. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve requests, maintain relevant support records or meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information you have supplied; applicable legal requirements may limit deletion.
We do not sell your personal information or use your captures for advertising. Support information may be processed by our service providers, or disclosed where required by law. Service providers may process information outside your country.
Visiting these web pages
These Pin support and privacy pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising cookies or external fonts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process IP addresses and request information to deliver and secure the website. This is separate from the app's local capture processing. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

截图、声音与剪贴板
App 访问屏幕内容以截图或录制选定区域。录屏可以包含系统声音；启用麦克风并授权后，也可包含旁白。根据你的操作和设置，内容会暂存在内存、复制到系统剪贴板或保存为 Mac 上的文件。使用贴图功能时，App 也可以读取剪贴板中的图像。
你粘贴内容的其他 App、剪贴板管理器、通用剪贴板以及云同步文件夹，可能依照各自的设置和政策处理这些内容；Gigle Pin 不控制这些服务。
权限与本地设置
屏幕录制权限用于截图和录屏；麦克风权限用于可选的旁白录制；可选的辅助功能权限用于更精确地识别界面元素；文件访问权限用于将内容保存到允许的目录。可在 macOS 系统设置中管理权限。
快捷键、外观和保存目录等偏好保存在本机。对于你选择的文件夹，App 可能保存安全作用域书签，以记住访问授权。
支持咨询与 Apple 服务
向 hello@gigle.ai 发邮件时，我们会收到你的邮箱、消息和主动提供的附件，用于回复和解决问题。邮件服务商会处理和存储这些邮件。请先移除截图和日志中的敏感信息。
Apple 可能依据其服务规则及你的设置，向我们提供 TestFlight 反馈、崩溃报告或 App Store 诊断信息。这与 App 内置分析服务不同，详见 Apple 隐私政策。
保留、共享与选择
保存的截图和视频由你管理，可在 Finder 中删除。卸载 App 不一定删除导出的文件或全部偏好设置。支持邮件仅在解决问题、保留必要支持记录或履行法律义务所需期间保存。你可联系我们申请访问、更正或删除主动提供的个人信息；法律要求可能限制删除。
我们不出售你的个人信息，也不将截图用于广告。支持资料可能由我们的服务商处理，或在法律要求时披露。服务商可能在你所在国家以外处理信息。
访问这些网页
这些 Pin 支持与隐私页面不包含分析脚本、广告 Cookie 或外部字体。托管服务商 Cloudflare 可能处理 IP 地址及请求信息，以提供网页和保障安全；这与 App 本地处理截图是两回事。详见 Cloudflare 隐私政策。
